GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
To remove children of the street, and facilitate 1-3 years rehabilitation and development. And eventually restore them to their rehabilitated and adequately functioning family and or foster family.
To prevent children on the street from experiencing further abuse by rescue, rehabilitation, and development through Temporary Care and eventually restore them to their rehabilitated and adequately functioning family.
To refer abandoned street children to respective agency that can provide long term help and or

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
In the effort to follow the Biblical example of Christ's childhood development, the specific objectives of ABP Home/Community are:
a. To rescue street children from any form of abuse and provide psycho-social intervention.
b. To provide food, clothing, shelter, hygienic facilities, medical and dental, and other basic social service.
c. To provide formal and non-formal education and life skills training.
d. To inculcate spiritual values thru Bible studies, prayer, and corporate worship.
